Founder & CEO · Design-Build Principal
Rod Moshtagh holds a master's degree in architecture and brings more than 25 years of experience spanning residential design, commercial interiors and tenant improvements, structural coordination, interior design, project management, and construction.
His multidisciplinary background allows him to approach every project from both the design and construction perspectives—keeping the vision, budget, schedule, materials, and field execution connected from the beginning.
Through WE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT, Rod leads residential and selected commercial projects throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Southern California, including custom homes, ADUs, additions, complete remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, commercial interiors, and tenant improvements. When a project requires services or documents from a California-licensed architect or engineer, the company coordinates with the appropriate licensed professionals.
